The Applied Biosystems Veriti 96-well thermal cycler (model 4375786) is a top-tier PCR system designed to deliver exceptional temperature control and versatility. Specifically engineered for standard 0.2 mL wells (and compatible with reaction volumes of 10 to 100 µL), this model incorporates VeriFlex™ technology featuring six independent temperature zones, enabling PCR condition optimization and the simultaneous execution of multiple temperatures. It also offers seamless integration with legacy systems (including GeneAmp 9700 modes).

Used, fully functional equipment; the unit has been tested and, as shown in the pictures, the system completed its internal Cycle Performance Test with a final "Pass" result, recording an optimal effective ramp rate of 1.95717. Additionally, the unit was tested using various amplification methods, successfully heating and stabilizing the sample block at 98.0°C—with the heated lid at 105.1°C—during the DNA Amplification_5prime method; it also successfully validated the standard BigDye kit method (*BigDye_Kit_Std*) across multiple cycling stages, demonstrating precise thermal ramping to a stable temperature of 60.0°C during active phases and reaching peak values of 96.1°C for the block and 105.0°C for the lid without errors.
